At our first meeting we will discuss your wedding plans, help you make some decisions about gown styles to fit your body type and personal style, and assist you as you try on gowns.

Some brides prefer a one on one consultation, but it’s up to you if you would like to bring family or close friends or the entire bridal party to your first appointment. (You can always set another appointment to bring family and your bridal party at a later date.) Sometimes it is easier to select a gown you love, when you can give the process your full attention.

Promises Bridal and Formal Wear is a regional bridal store. Brides visit us from all over the Pacific Northwest to find their perfect dress. We offer a huge selection of gowns in sizes 4 to 26. Additional sizes are available by special order. Because there are so many lines, styles and sizes, we may need to order your dress. Generally these orders are received within 3-5 months.

When your wedding gown is purchased from our store, we offer a 15% discount for bridesmaid dresses. (A minimum order of 3 bridesmaid dresses is required to qualify for this discount.) Bridesmaid dresses generally take between 10-14 weeks to arrive once they are ordered. Rush orders are available on some items at an additional charge. Unfortunately, rush orders do not qualify for any discounts. To accommodate any fittings dresses should arrive 6-8 weeks prior to the wear date.

Included in your purchase price is a professional pressing of your gown, coordination of sizing, ordering and pick-up of gowns and tuxedos, plus a staff that genuinely cares about your wedding or special event.
